Defeat the’Bolt’ or beat the 9 sec mark
(This article is for all those who want to defeat Usain Bolt)
(This in no way is meant to harm or humiliate The Champ-Usain Bolt)

“It’s all in your body. You don’t need to be genetically favoured to beat the Bolt.”
1. Psychi- Make your mind that bolt is not fastest, Cheetah is. Usain Bolt became the champ after defeating a champ. Keeping that in your mind start practicing from today. I bet with the techniques that I’ll just tell you can help you cross 9 sec mark or better-7sec.
Yes 07 sec is not a myth anymore.

2. Schedule- Make it a daily schedule(once a week rest won’t hurt).
3. Technique-
a. Start running practice thrice a day. Remember, I didn’t mean going for Jogs or Merathon’s. It has to be short run practices only. There are two types of skeletal muscles in the body-The fast one and the slow one. What we need are the fast ones for the feat. So, exercise has to be focused on toning and developing just the fast ones(you cannot beat the bolt if you have slightest of thoughts of running a marathon as well).
b. Cardio exercises before the practice are best way to avoid damages. Be it Football, Dodgeball, Yoga, Aerobics or stretching, any will help. But cardio exercises on a daily routine are a must. You cannot skip these.(Better get a complete heart checkup done to avoid damaging it, because overspeeding is not normal. Chuckles…)
c. Speed Boosting-Don’t try to beat the other counterparts or in this picture “Racers”. The ones that you have to try to beat are the Bicycle riders. Race with them, vehicles. This is required to increase your speed or in a medical way your brain to muscle coordination. The best technique to increase your speed is to hold a two wheeler or a car from its behind on the sands and while it’s speeding up, you try to avoid skidding on the ground by trying to land your feet on the ground.This is the only technique that can help your body make the difference. But do keep the First Aid Box ready.
d. Proper Diet- Have plenty because you’ll burn them fast. But avoid Oily food in majority. Veggies help your muscle healing and build up, so don’t neglect them. Fish and Egg Whites are best. For Veggan’s Soy is good or whatever is native to your place.
e. Be Happy. In less than a year you can feel the difference .

My Wife My dreams

Since childhood all I ever wanted was to be around people who would love me. Be it my best friend, my parents, my brother or my wife.

As I grew older my wish list began to expand. Now my dreams like all boys, had a sports bike and a big mansion with swimming pool in it.

But, the part that my family would stay with me, was always my number one wish. I made a lot of decisions which were more to keep my family together. I left lot of good call letters from companies far away, I left many good degrees or courses as you know which could have made me a millionaire in no time.

But, growth without a good backup(monetary or and political) requires lots of selfless dedication and work hours. No human has ever been able to reach his so called lavish dreams without compromising his/her family life.

Immediately after my high school, I became a doctor which my father always wanted me to be. Soon, I got married to a lovely woman. She is the perfect girl that my parents wished for, the perfect better half I could ask for.

I used to see my parents fight for pitty issues every now and then. So, I had in my mind that I'd be a different husband. I'll not unnecessarily scold my wife or argue with her. If something goes wrong we'll sort it out by explaining etc. And if it doesn't work out then I should be the one to accept the defeat and keep mum. I'll love my wife like no one else can.

A year of our marriage passed by. My wife, who now could openly speak up her mind started telling me about her future dreams. Since, the time she could think all she ever wanted to do was to become a successful doctor. She is a Pathologist now and wants to do post grad and training under a reputed centre for few years.

She thinks from her mind and I from my heart. As usual, I didn't want to persuade her to forget her wishes. I know the price that I'd need to pay for it. Our married life would be affected. We are already in 30s and the more we delay in our child more will be the chances in having a deformed baby due to genetic changes of advancing age. On top of it, my dream of keeping my family together gets shattered.

But, there have to be sacrifices if one needs a happy and fruitful life. Kids were never there in both of our dreams. And if I have to be supportive and caring to my wife, then I have to stick by her future dream plans and support her.

The name and fame that she'd garner would make me feel proud too. Monetarily speaking, any progress brings with it lot of attached gains too.

So, I'm going to stick by my wife's side and help her reach her dreams. I'll work hard too so that there remains a balance between us. And I hope the future holds a happy story ahead for both of us.

 f.  Actual running.... Run stooping forward keeping your back stiff, head bent with eyes gazing at the track between your stepping feet and do not lift your head till the finish line.

Stress Uncovered

1. What is stress ?
Stress is a symptom experienced when the body is exposed to strain during rest.

Some science about stress-
2. Normal Adult Male-
(a) 60 Kg
(b) Works for 08 hrs.
(c) Sedentary duty for 04 hrs.
(d) Sits/Lies down for 02 hrs.
(e) Sleeps for 08 hrs.

3. Brain utilises 33% of total body energy during effective mental work.

4. It has come to light during routine assessment of indl vis OPD's that-
(a) When either of the criteria for Normal Adult Male are affected, freq and intensity of stress increases proportionally.
(b) Effective Ratio of Work to Rest(ERWR) is 55:45. i.e if an Indl is working for 13 hrs in a day then his rest time should be 11 hrs.
(c) Effective Work to Rest Distribution(EWRD) Table :-

Any reduction in rest hrs comparative to work hrs results in stress.

5. There is a continous wear and tear and repair going on in the body throughout 24hrs. This will be apparently evident in Chronic Disease Patients/Bedridden Patients where the repair mechanism is deranged. Heavy energy utilisation occurs during repair. Hormonal release in blood to restore normalcy increases during rest hrs. The body though apparently at rest is highly active repairing itself. And any new heavy work stimulus/ severe mental strain(via phone call/ scoldings etc) during this repair reults in STRESS.

6. Myths in stress busters:-
(a) Music relieves stress- Its just a diversion from mental anxiety/depression. Also, music time is rest time. So, basically one incr rest hrs during listening to music.
(b) Psy Approach helps- Only if there is self generated internal mental strains like Psychosis/ Neurosis, which can be controlled with medications. Otherwise, in physical strains it will add to mental strain.
(c) BMI/Wt has no bearing on stress level- Wt more than +/- 10% exponentially increases rest time req and simultaneously stress.


7. Note:- In sleep the first 01-02 hrs are of REM sleep (Body gears up for hvy repair), disturbing the repair at this point of time is likely to induce damage to the body. In the succeeding hrs its NREM sleep(where body actually is repairing itself), disturbing the repair at this point can lead to faulty repair, incl exaggerated violence(which is a brain/ Psychogenic response, which lasts for fraction of seconds when all the senses start co-rrelating).

8. Here, it is concluded that Stress is easily avoidable, work hours management has to be efficiently observed. The supervisors need to be trained to extract max out of their employee with min effort.

Parents or money


This post is for those who believe " money or wok comes before family".

Guys if you think so, then u r probably the mentally retarded one. Yaa it's true. Get your brain mapped and your doctor will surely tell you that your temporal lobe of brain is poorly functioning.

If you believe that you'll take care of your parents after you've earned well. Then you are fooling yourself, cuz even you know that whatever one earns he'll always ask for more. And by the time you'll realize it, you'd have crossed 40s. And your parents 60s. At that age your parents won't be physically able to enjoy what you'd try to give them.

SO...

Mutation

Mutation is the essence of multiplication.

The higher the numbers the more are the chances of Mutation( in other words deviation from normal genetics)

1.      Mendelians law:- Use it and imagine the different possibilities of obtaining a variant in humans or plants ( millions of genes to cross match)

2.      Upcoming new viruses are occurring due to the same law. Most probable time is fertilization.( could be at macorcellular  or micro- cellular level.)
