Defeat Usain Bolt ( the’Bolt’ )or beat the 9 sec mark
(This article is for all those who want to defeat Usain Bolt)
(This in no way is meant to harm or humiliate The Champ-Usain Bolt)
“It’s all in your body. You don’t need to be genetically favoured to beat the Bolt.”
1. Psychi- Make your mind that bolt is not fastest, Cheetah is. Usain Bolt became the champ after defeating a champ. Keeping that in your mind start practicing from today. I bet with the techniques that I’ll just tell you can help you cross 9 sec mark or better-7sec.
Yes 07 sec is not a myth anymore.
2. Schedule- Make it a daily schedule(once a week rest won’t hurt).
3. Technique-
a. Start running practice thrice a day. Remember, I didn’t mean going for Jogs or Merathon’s. It has to be short run practices only. There are two types of skeletal muscles in the body-The fast one and the slow one. What we need are the fast ones for the feat. So, exercise has to be focused on toning and developing just the fast ones(you cannot beat the bolt if you have slightest of thoughts of running a marathon as well).
b. Cardio exercises before the practice are best way to avoid damages. Be it Football, Dodgeball, Yoga, Aerobics or stretching, any will help. But cardio exercises on a daily routine are a must. You cannot skip these.(Better get a complete heart checkup done to avoid damaging it, because overspeeding is not normal. Chuckles…)
c. Speed Boosting-Don’t try to beat the other counterparts or in this picture “Racers”. The ones that you have to try to beat are the Bicycle riders. Race with them, vehicles. This is required to increase your speed or in a medical way your brain to muscle coordination. The best technique to increase your speed is to hold a two wheeler or a car from its behind on the sands and while it’s speeding up, you try to avoid skidding on the ground by trying to land your feet on the ground.This is the only technique that can help your body make the difference. But do keep the First Aid Box ready.
d. Proper Diet- Have plenty because you’ll burn them fast. But avoid Oily food in majority. Veggies help your muscle healing and build up, so don’t neglect them. Fish and Egg Whites are best. For Veggan’s Soy is good or whatever is native to your place.
e. Be Happy. In less than a year you can feel the difference .
f. Actual running.... Run stooping forward keeping your back stiff, head bent with eyes gazing at the track between your stepping feet and do not lift your head till the finish line.
